Are classes indoors or outdoors?
Please check each individual venue, via the notes section of the timetable and/or on your confirmation email recieved at the time of booking.

Full details relating to your specific venue can be found on your confirmation email.  This is an automated email received at the time of booking which comes from no-reply@kiddikicks.co.uk.  Please check your junk mail if you cannot see it and read to the bottom.  Apologies it is long-winded but it contains all the information you need.

You can also check our timetable http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/timetable for venue specific details prior to booking or by emailng Kiddikicks Administration info@kiddikicks.co.uk

What happens when it's raining and a class is outdoors?

Kiddikicks' ultimate goal is keep children active playing football whatever the weather.

As such when we are playing outdoors we are an all-weather class.

In the event the weather predicted is dangerous, for example lightning ,non stop torrential rain coupled with waterlogged ground, Kiddikicks Administration will cancel the session via text message or email to the registered details on each player's account.  Please make sure your details are up to date.  This can be relatively last minute after a pitch inspection.

A cancellation due to the weather will not equal a refund.  Clients will be able to book a make-up session.

Make-up sessions are to be booked by the client via email to KK ADMIN info@kiddikicks.co.uk at a secondary venue (a different venue to the one you originally booked).

For younger player's we do recommend our breathable, fully water-proof and light weight playing suits which consist of a smart blue jacket and trousers to go over their usual clothes.  These take the worry out of attending class outdoors in wet or muddy weather.  These can be purchased here http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/shop.

What does my player need to play?
All new players to Kiddikicks aged 18 months to 8 years receive a Kiddikicks Kit.  This is their uniform and the children are expected to wear it.  This consists of a footie top and matching shorts.  Kiddikicks T-shirts and sweatshirts are also available from our online shop.

Whether playing outside or inside, children should wear appropriate footwear; this can be an outdoor shoe, plimsol or trainer. or moulded studs and shin pads for those playing match play. Open toed footwear, wellingtons, crocs are not permitted.

For older children involved in outdoor match play, moulded studs and shin pads are necessary.

All children should have water to drink and be wearing suitable clothing for rain and shine including sun tan cream and hat when playing outdoors.

We highly recommend the Kiddikicks Waterproof suits for children aged from 18 months up to 4 years.  These enable players and parents to feel relaxed when playing outdoors in the British weather.  Chidlren stay dry and their clothes are protected even when seated on the floor and playing in the rain.  You can visit our shop here for other useful kit and caboodle http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/shop

If a class is fully booked is there a waiting list?
Yes.  If a class is fully booked your player will be offered a place on the waiting list.  This is free.  Kiddikicks Admin will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.  If you want to, please email info@kiddikicks.co.uk to register your enthusiasm, as well as to suggest any other times you are available.  We may be able to start another class for your player.  We need a minimum of 5 children to start a new session, so it's worth spreading the word amongst friends.

My child is nearly old enough to be in the next group up at the point of starting, which group should they attend?
If booking online you will automatically be offered the correct age group for your child. However if your child is borderline and you feel you are being offered the wrong class please email us at info@kiddikicks.co.uk so we can discuss your suggestion with your coach.  As a general rule we'd recommend starting in the age group the website is offering you.  If you child needs to be moved up, the coach can facilitate this.

Why is there a registration fee - what is it for?
The registration fee of 33GBP is payable by all new families to Kiddikicks.  This fee goes a small way towards on-going administration costs during your players time with Kiddikicks.  This fee is once per lifetime per family.

Do you have a refund policy?
There is no refunds for classes missed due to absence including sickness.

There is no refund due to infectious diseases including Covid-19, and for classes cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions.

Classes formally cancelled by Kiddikicks due to dangerous weather conditions are made up by the client as a 'Make-Up' as defined below.

Make-ups are taken at a secondary venue within the current term of Kiddikicks.

Make-ups are booked by emailing info@kiddikicks.co.uk.

Make-ups cannot be rolled over to a future term of Kiddikicks.

A full terms booking equals a maximum of 2 make-ups excluding weather cancellation make-ups.

Less than a full terms booking equals 1 make-up per term excluding weather cancellation make-ups.

In the event a term of 6 weeks or more is deferred by Kiddikicks due infectious diseases including Covid-19, the term and remaining sessions will automatically re-start when it is safe to do so.  Kiddikicks will inform the clients of the new term dates by email.  Clients are expected to re-start at this time.   If there is a good reason clients cannot attend, they can postpone their start date to the next available term ONLY.  Credits not used after this time will be foregone.

In both cases, a player's start date must be the same as the first date of the next available term as set out by Kiddikicks.

All make-ups and credits are subject to the usual booking procedures and do not automatically guarantee a space.

Make-Ups and credits are requested by emailing info@kiddikicks.co.uk. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
