FAQs

If a class is fully booked is there a waiting list?
Yes.  If a class is fully booked your player will be offered a place on the waiting list.  This is free.  Kiddikicks Admin will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.

How can I contact Kiddikicks HQ?

If you need to contact the office outside of those times, please leave us a voicemail or if urgent, email info@kiddikicks.co.uk.  We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours.

During the holiday periods, our telephone hours vary but will be listed on our voicemail so you know when you can expect to make contact with us.

What is the refund policy?
Please see the Fees and Payment section of the Terms and Conditions http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/terms-and-conditions

My child is nearly old enough to be in the next group up at the point of starting, which group should they attend?
If booking online you will automatically be offered the correct age group for your child. However if your child is borderline and you feel you are being offered the wrong class please email us at info@kiddikicks.co.uk so we can discuss your suggestion with your coach.

What does my player need to play?
All new players to Kiddikicks receive a Kiddikicks Kit.  This is their uniform and the children are expected to wear it.  This consists of a footie top and matching shorts.  Kiddikicks T-shirts and sweatshirts are also available from our online shop. For Ligasoccer player's who prefer to wear their own kit, we supply Ligasoccer shin pads.

Whether playing outside or inside, children should wear appropriate footwear;  for children under 5 this can be an outdoor shoe, plimsol or trainer. Open toed footwear, wellingtons, crocs are not permitted.

For older children involved in outdoor match play, shin pads and football boots are necessary.  Please check with info@kiddikicks.co.uk regarding the type of football boot allowed at your chosen venue.

All children should have water to drink and be wearing suitable clothing for rain and shine including sun tan cream and hat when playing outdoors.

We strongly recommend the Kiddikicks Waterproof suits for children aged from 18 months up to 4 years.  These enable players and parents to feel relaxed when playing outdoors in the British weather.  Chidlren stay dry and their clothes are protected even when seated on the floor and playing in the rain.  You can visit our shop here for other useful kit and caboodle designed to make parenting easier http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/shop

Why is there a registration fee - what is it for?
The registration fee of 29GBP is payable by all new families to Kiddikicks.  This fee goes a small way towards on-going administration costs during your players time with Kiddikicks.  This fee is once per lifetime per family.

Where can I find a copy of your privacy policy
You can find a copy of our privacy policy right here http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/privacy-policy

Do you offer free trials?
Kiddikicks offers free trials weeks 2-6 of each full term (Summer, Winter and Autumn).

Players must be registered in advance here http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/register and a free trial requested.

Kiddikicks Administration will receive your request and respond via email with a Free Trial date, if available.

Kiddikicks allows one free trial PER FAMILY, not per child.

Free trials are subject to spaces permitting and do not guarantee your player a space.

Free trials are not available during our holiday activities as these are generally taster term in length and in our experience are the best way to experience Kiddikicks, allowing time for young chidlren to get used to their coach, class content, what is expected of them and for parents to test the journey, day and time of the class and to meet the other players and parents.

When starting a new Kiddikicks venue different rules may apply and are at the manager's discretion at that time.

What happens when it's raining and a class is outdoors?

Kiddikicks' ultimate goal is keep children active playing football whatever the weather.

As such when we are playing outdoors we are an all-weather class.

In the event the weather predicted is dangerous, for example ligthening, non stop torrential rain coupled with waterlogged ground, Kiddikicks Administration will cancel the session via text message or email to the registered details on each player's account.  Please make sure your details are up to date.

From July 2019 going forward, a cancellation due to the weather will not equal a refund.  Clients will be able to take a make-up session.

Make-up sessions are to be booked by the client via email to KK ADMIN info@kiddikicks.co.uk at one of our nearby venues.  These make-ups have to be made up within the current term.

For younger player's we do recommend our breathable, fully water-proof and light weight playing suits which consist of a smart blue jacket and trousers to go over their usual clothes.  These take the worry out of attending class outdoors in wet or muddy weather.  These can be purchased here http://www.kiddikicks.co.uk/shop.

Are classes indoors or outdoors?
The location of your class is specific to the venue you have booked.  Full details relating to you specific venue can be found on your confirmation email.  This is an automated email received at the time of booking which comes from no-reply@kiddikicks.co.uk.  Please check your junk mail if you cannot see it and be sure to read the entire email.  Apologies it is long-winded but it does contain all the information you may need.

As a general rule, most of our venues operate an indoor and outdoor season.

Our indoor season runs from November to March and our outdoor season runs from April to October.

Some of our venues are indoors all year and some individual classes are outdoors all year.
