It's the shortest month, so if getting fit for you involves giving something up, February is the easiest month to achieve it.
January can feel like a long hangover post Christmas and New Year but often February is the toughest. Money is still tight, the temperature is usually at it's coldest but the days are getting longer so you've more 'daylight' available for that new fitness habit - a bike-ride, jog or power-walk.
