London based provider of football coaching for toddlers and children is looking for Saturday morning football coaches to start in early January, 2015.

Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated Coach and Team Co-coordinator who believes in the positive value of sport for children and their families. You will serve as assistant to the Head Coach and be the day to day contact for the coaching team as well as provide support to Senior Management.
Duties and Accountabilities
To write, produce and deliver session plans using the Kiddikicks Syllabus
To train the coaching team in delivering the session plans
To assess the coaching team in delivering the session plans
To maintain health and safety standards
To identify and develop new and emerging coaching methods related to the Kiddikicks age-range.
To manage the termly schedules for the coaching team.
To develop Kiddikicks-To-Go Service for the education sector
To assist with back-end website updates and content management across Kiddikicks social media promoting the Kiddikicks Method, brand and ethos.
To assist in the marketing of all business activities.
To commit to any other duties required in line with the responsibilities of the post.
Other responsibilities
Work flexibly where appropriate on evenings, weekends and during school holidays to ensure a full and supportive delivery of the programme.
Undertake any other responsibilities commensurate with the evolving objectives of the post and the evolution of the organization.
Work with due regard for Kiddikicks core values and objectives.
Ensure the effective implementation of, and adherence to Kiddikicks’ Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

A passion for coaching the fundamentals of football to young children
A passion for innovation; creating new ways to coach football to young children.
A passion and interest in developing a career in sport for social change sector.
Skills and abilities
A great teacher – the ability to connect with young children and their parents embodying the Kiddikicks Real Skills Real Fun programme.
A keen communicator – the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, concisely and effectively to children, parents and contractors
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels within Kiddikicks and externally.
Computer literate – ability to type and present Kiddikicks professionally in all manner of communications digitally or otherwise
Naturally organized – ability to multi-task and maintain accurate records.
Excellent telephone manner – ability to deal with enquiries politely, effectively and with confidence.

We are looking for exciting, outgoing personalities who can deliver our syllabus to children aged from 18 months up to age 7 years.
All team members must be natural communicators, hard working, have excellent time-keeping and be able to think on their feet as well as follow guidelines.
Related coaching qualifications and coaching experience is useful but a passion for a healthy lifestyle through fitness, football or sport is more important.
All applicants must undertake an enhanced CRB check, hold a British passport or valid visa with the right to work within the UK.
Job Specification
The main duties for this position are:
To provide quality football coaching sessions to children aged from 18 months to 7 years using the Kiddikicks Syllabus
Preparing for classes and creating sessions plans using the Kiddikicks Syllabus
Maintaining and reporting sessions plans to Senior Management
Taking and maintaining registers and reporting to Senior Management
Client care in the field/venue
Setting up and packing down of sports equipment
Maintaining our health and safety standards
Hosting and assisting at birthday parties
Leafleting and advertising
To attend a compulsory training day once per term
