Dear Parents,
Kiddikicks is continuing to run classes, with robust strategies in place (see those listed below) to safeguard you, your player and our coaches as much as is reasonably possible regarding infectious viruses such as Covid19, influenza and the common cold.
If you prefer not to attend class, please let us know and we’ll make a note of your remaining credits and these will be taken as make-up sessions in the future.
So, we can continue to offer Kiddikicks and exercise to your young player, we require a sensible and considerate attitude from all participants and family members.
· Please ensure they are regularly washing their hands. We suggest washing hands and wrists or using hand sanitiser at the start of your class and after class, as well as before and after eating and after using the toilet as you would normally.
· If any family member is unwell and displaying symptoms as described by the NHS (high fever and a new, continuous cough) which may signify the presence of the Covid19 virus, the entire family is required to self-isolate for 14 days and therefore cannot attend class.
· The latest isolation and symptom advice can be found via the following link
1. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice/
Please do not attend Kiddikicks if you and your player are in a high-risk category which includes pregnant women, and people over 70 years old and anyone of any age with underlying health conditions or a compromised immune system.
What is Kiddikicks doing to protect you, your player and our coaches from CoVid19
· Our coaches will be protecting you and themselves with regular handwashing and sanitising.
· Our coaches will be cleaning the equipment and kit before class and after class every day.
· Our coaches may allocate a set of equipment to your child at the start of class. This equipment will stay with them for the entire class and will not be used by another player during that class. After class it will be cleaned before being used by another child.
· If a coach is unwell, he will contact Kiddikicks HQ and will self-isolate for 14 days as requested by the government. Kiddikicks will provide cover if possible. If cover cannot be provided the class will be cancelled and a make-up session will be added to your account for use in the future.
· Where possible classes will move outdoors into the fresh air and drills used will not encourage close contact between players.
· For classes which remain indoors all year, our coaches will carry a disinfectant spray to clean high use surfaces, such as door handles, panels, taps and locks.
· Kiddikicks HQ will inform you by email or text if your class is moving outdoors early and from what date.
· Kiddikicks HQ will inform you by email or text if your class is cancelled for any reason.
· Kiddikicks HQ will continue to monitor government advice and adjust our provision accordingly.
· We have always pledged to be there for parents when parents need us most and as a local provider to local community, we believe we can offer your player a safe space to exercise where the risks are minimised.
· If at anytime you feel unsafe and would prefer not to attend, please contact the office with a simple email and we will freeze your membership and all remaining credits will be added as make-up classes to be used in the future.
Thank you for your time and consideration and continued support.
Kindest regards,
Kiddikicks Team.
